Friendship. What is it? Two of my homegirls sparked this question in my mind. One who is one of my best friends in life (like bridesmaid at my wedding, you can’t get rid of me if you really wanted to type status). The other…someone I thought I could talk to, and could talk to me…and was all the way wrong. I’ve realized it’s a term that’s often used too loosely and rarely accepted the same way by everyone. I might call you my friend, but are you really? Hmm. It sucks when you have to sit and re-evaluate friendships that you have, especially when you think they are stronger than they really are. I guess I need to stop giving everyone a piece of my friendship cookie…cause some niggas just waste it.
